I printed a lot of stuff, and while there was a lot of people John was extremely efficient and friendly helping everyone there. He took care of all my prints, and made sure they were ready as promised.

Very long line for cashier for buying simple stuff

Super expensive to print (4-5euro B/W - 18-19 color), photocopies also expensive, and after repeating several times how I wanted the copies made, they still got it wrong. Furthermore, who knows how, they managed to wrinkle the original material!
It's weird, because I went to other Workcenters and they were cheaper and super efficient, not coming back to this one.

I would like to make a complaint against your employee Adrian who works at this (Conde de Peñalver) branch, regarding an incident that took place tonight, minutes ago.

I sent a document to print via my workcenter account and proceeded to collect as I have done numerous times before. On arrival, there were 3 employees present, a girl near the printer to the back and 2 employees attending to a single client. After feeling invisible for some time as the only other client waiting in the entire store, I indicated that I was there simply to collect my document. Adrian said angrily that if I don’t say anything how was he to know what I wanted (I said that it was his job to ask) and proceeded to give more attitude by telling me that I was in the wrong line. Please note there is no room for ambiguity because 1) there is a huge sign above indicating where online orders are collected and 2) this was not my visit to your store as I have been using my online account and collecting my orders for more than 2 years.

Furthermore, to make matters worse on exiting the store he followed me onto the street, grabbed hold of the folder which I had brought with me from home (I live 2 minutes away) and said I hadn’t paid for it. His rude attitude and blatant disrespect are unacceptable, and I hope you take the necessary steps to ensure that this incident does not repeat itself in the future.

The most expensive prices you'll pay in your life for photocopies, I don't know if the other reviewers were paid or just trolling when they say 'good prices' €1.10 for a copy with the 'student' discount! GTFO

Awful: I asked for two sets of copies and, after repeating to the attendent twice that they were different documents, he still managed to get them wrong. Worst part is I only discovered this until I got back home. Attendants should pay attention to what they're doing–no matter how busy they may be. What a waste of money.
