I called regarding my computer which wouldn't work. I spoke to Alex and he gave undivided attention to my concerns. He educated me on how to care for my computer. Alex was most professional and put me at ease when I had been overly concerned. Alex really knows his stuff. If you need help with your computer, he'll help you too. Thank you Alex.

A big fan of this store! The customer service is so much better and I especially like the new services which I didn’t realize was available there until now (eg TSA enrollment, electronic recycling, printing, etc). Keep up the good work.

I have been a customer for several decades. I purchase all of my computer needs here. The prices are good, and Tech Services has saved my life several times, especially at the start of COVID-19 when my computer tanked and I teach online classes. A few hours later, I had a new system and was back at work.

I needed three masking tapes with special color and size. The other stores didn't have enough, but I could find that this one has. So I ordered online and went to pick up. It was convenient and easy. I stopped by and could pick up very quickly. Clean and well managed store.

My experience today is why I no longer go to Staples unless absolutely necessary. I stood I line patiently as the sole employee in the printing department helped a woman with a UPS shipment. After 15 minutes it was my turn. I needed 16 copies of two stars sized pieces on card stock, and told it would be $13 and ready for pickup at 8 p.m. later that evening - however, I could get it in an hour for $4 more. What a racket!!

I just told the guy what I needed and he walked me right to it. When it was time for me to check out it was him at the checkstand and he asked me if I found everything OK. Well, yes, of course, thanks to him. Sorry I forgot his name.

Worst customer service, how many employees need to assist one person? At staples the entire staff is assisting one customer while the rest of us, 7 people wait inline now for 20 minutes…. Still no assistance
