My first time ordering from Printed.com left me in no doubt that I’d never order from them again.

Days after placing an order for a branded mug they emailed to say they couldn’t fulfil the job as the artwork I supplied was square rather than the rectangle dimensions of the printable area. I tried to explain that I was happy with white space either side of my logo but it was a case of “computer says no” despite the emails apparently being sent by a real human.

To add insult to injury they’ve added my email address to their marketing list and I’m now getting inundated with daily mail shots. Save your time and go for a firm that understands that logos aren’t always the exact size of the side of a mug.

I have just received my order of 2 A2 signs for my wedding with designs I created myself. I’m always iffy about ordering things like these online as it can be a gamble but I can honestly say that the quality of them is fantastic. The signs have arrived exactly how I imagined and I am so happy with them! I would post photos but they’re too personal to share.

After using a number of times and having good experiences, we decided to use for a funeral order of service. Never had any problems with delivery times or lateness at all. But we paid extra for Saturday delivery, just to ensure we would have them in time.

Confirmation came through all fine with the Saturday delivery date stated. But then I received a notification on the Saturday from the courier saying it wouldn't be with us until the following Tuesday, which is too late. I spoke with the courier and as it happens they actually haven't even got the parcel yet. Meaning it's sitting in a locked up warehouse and there is nothing we can do to retrieve it. So it's probable we will not have an order of service for the funeral.

Disappointed isn't the word. Devastated probably more apt. They are also completely uncontactable at weekends so by the time we knew there was a problem it was too late to do anything about it. I have phoned, left messages, sent online chat messages, emailed sales, emailed customer service, even emailed accounts and nothing.

It's a cliche but I'd genuinely give 0 stars if I could. I just can't believe it.

Part of the reason for leaving this review is in desperate hope that someone will see it and get back to me.

Had a custom size job done and turned out very dodgy and unusable - crop marks on every page and corner, the booklet was not centered right even on the middle spread it didn't line up and also speads were bleeding into other spreads. Overall such a bad job on the print out. When I get back in touch and showed pictures they said there must of been a mistake and it would be sorted (understandable as I understamd errors can happen) however now they are unresponsive to my emails, nothing new has been sent out and the deadline for the job has been missed by weeks
