Have been feeling kind of blue for the last year with everything that’s been going on in my life. I had to put my dog down, have hip surgery surgery, and lost my job due to Covid. I had not been to a salon for almost 2 years so my hair was getting pretty long and I usually wore it short Because the last people had no idea what they were doing. I went to Chris today at Impress, she knew exactly what I wanted, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I am so happy with my hair. She has been doing hair for over 20 years and I highly recommend her . Thank you so much Chris, I feel like myself again.

Do NOT book appointment with Dreadful Desiree. I told her I did not want her to thin my hair: She did ! She told me she was the one with cosmetology license--not I--and that she could see my back hairline and I could not. I saw scissors in her hand, but her cuts looked like she used pruning shears. Left looking worse than when I arrived.

DO NOT book an appointment with DREADFUL DANIELLE!!! ABSOLUTELY rude and tries to talk down to the customer that is there to pay for a service. She is RACIST!!! I will NEVER come here again! Tried to belittle me in front of other customers and then was talking about me and laughing to another stylist on the phone!! So unprofessional

I needed a new salon in my area and found Imprès. My appointment was with Beth, who listened to what I wanted and chose the perfect color for me. My hair needed a good cut and shaping and she did a great job! I’m very pleased and will be back!

I had a great experience at Impress Hair Salon today. Beth took very good care of me and was able to turn my long, unmanageable curly hair into a layered, beautiful hair style that I can now manage on my own. I’m definitely going back for a trim in a couple of months.

Terrible service. I have never experienced such bad service from a hair salon. I made an appointment and came in right on time. No one greeted me for 10 minutes until another person came in and was greeted immediately. That stylist asked if I have been helped and notified my booked stylist right away. I made the appointment especially with Karen (the owner?) to make sure I have will have a good service and trustworthy haircut. That was not the case. Shouldn't she at least check the entrance for her booked appointments? I had a color and a haircut. The haircut was technically good, but the color was patchy (which I later found out at home). My shirt was forever ruined because she didn't secure the towel enough and she didn't even tell me when I left. While waiting for the bleach to set in, I could feel the foil burning my shoulder. She was too busy on her phone to check on my hair. During the wash, she did not even lift the foot rest like what all the other stylists did for the other customers. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience. Very DISAPPOINTED especially when this salon was recommended by family and I thought the owner would be better than this. The other stylists seems to offer better service.
