This location has some of the laziest workers I have ever come across. You can have like 10 of them back there and have a line out the door they’ll even make eye contact with you and still ignore you. Specially, that one with the glasses like girl I know you see me!

Need to get better employees the only person that seems to do any work is the young Caribbean lady. I came in holding 4 boxes and stood infront of the counter the man that was standing there said nothing walked from behind the counter and walked outside. I put the boxes on the counter he then walks back in comes behind the counter and tells me that the lady 3 counters down will take who's next I grabbed the boxes and moved them when I get to the lady she tells me that I have to use the self scan because she doesn't have access to a computer. Get better workers the ones you currently are lacking in customer service and work ethic I mean all the young man had to do was scan the packages in. I pack and ship stuff all day everyday using a scanner isn't that hard

I used to frequent this location for work, for needs such as shipping, printing, laminating, etc. The staff used to be SUPER sweet and helpful – like, above and beyond helpful, to the point where I filled out 5 star surveys from the FedEx receipts. I actually didn't mind coming here for work, because the employees were cool.

Customer service is my #1 thing, no matter where I go. It costs nothing ($0) to treat people nicely and with respect, especially paying customers. Unfortunately, the staff here has changed since my former days visiting this location. The past two days, were unpleasant, to say the least.

Please note that I called ahead and spoke to a team member who told me I could bring in my thumb drive and get assistance printing on thicker paper. I asked what format I should save my printouts as (PDF, PNG, etc.) and they said PDF was preferred, so I saved all of my documents as PDF and organized them in folders on my USB drive, by print size.

Upon arrival to place my order for printing, I waited in a line with 4-5 other people. There were 5-6 employees behind the counter, but only 2 were actively 'helping' customers. The others saw the line, made eye contact, and didn’t so much as offer a, “Hey, be right with you guys!” Nothing. There is zero urgency here, despite 5-7 employees behind the counter.

Other than the blatant lack of customer service, there are HUGE personal privacy concerns – while I was waiting in line (the first time) for approximately 30 minutes, an employee was scanning a customer’s permanent resident (green card) identification, leaving it up on the screen, and leaving color copies of it (front and back!) out on the counter, in clear view. The employee helping me could barely navigate the computer. I had to tell them how to create a folder on the store’s PC.

After at least an hour at the store, first, waiting for the customer in front of me to get a simple scan of her ID, then painstakingly instructing the employee what sizes, etc. I needed. He wrote it all down on a little piece of paper, told me my printouts would be ready by 12pm the next day. I arrived at 3:33pm the next day and they were unable to find my order in their system, whatsoever. It hadn’t even been entered let alone printed.

A manager(?) came over. “Okay, he just clocked back in. He still has a few more pages to print out for you, so can you wait over there?” I was told it would be ready at noon – almost 4 hours before my arrival. Nothing had been printed and he’d never submitted my order for printing. I had to entirely re-order everything, piece by piece. I was never offered any kind of apology and not one single employee took responsibility for the mistake. Didn’t even get all of the prints I needed, despite taking 2 hours of my life going over it (TWICE) with the employee.

Skip this place. They don't acknowledge customers and clearly don't train employees on simple tasks/computers.

Melissa is always my number one person I go to when I need printing.. She always helps me and makes sure everything is perfect to my liking. The customer service was top-notch, and the printing exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service for all printing needs

I've been a customer for years for various printing jobs for a small business and the product and service has always been excellent. Melissa, helped me recently has usually been the one that helps me in the past and she always remembers me and the history of my projects which makes it very conveni,ent fast and easy which i really appreciate

The employeees in this store ignore the customers. I counted 8 employees on site and only one was helping customers. Line 5 people deep

The other employees standing around in background, not one acknowledging the customers-including Ashley, Assistant Manager. I don't understand this type of customer service?

I tried to make a quick drop off over lunch and it took me more than 25 mins.

I would recommend an alternate FedEX or
UPS site, especially if you are in a hurry.

What a gigantic waste of time, they've changed it now you have to open an account to send a prepaid envelope, I sat in this place for over a half an hour and I got nothing out of it... go to UPS don't waste your time at FedEx
