My husband and I flew in from Charlotte, NC to attend the Neon Class. Just as promised, the training was hands on, very informative and the instructor, Tatiana, was very knowledgeable. Upon arrival, the front desk associate, Natasha, was very kind and accommodating as we waited for other class members to arrive. The owner Will personally come out and installed the graphics literally coming straight from the airport at 9pm. That was so mind blowing!! He did everything he could to satisfy my business needs. I received my business branded cards, also my TLC sweat suit! the suit is too small so I hope they allow me to return and get a bigger size. I haven’t dealt with customer service yet but I know they will be great!
Follow up: Customer Service was not what I thought the suit that was sent was my size on the label but did not fit, the suit fit like it came from a china shop where it fit children’s bodies not adults. Customer service would not exchange or refund. Stuck with a $100 TLC exercise suit that was useless.
