I went to Impre's nails today. I asked just to have my nails painted. I didn't want a manicure. I felt judged because I bite my nails. He asked me why I bite my nails. I said anxiety, I got told "I can't fix anxiety" I got told my nails are too short. He told me that I needed to get a manicure instead of just having my painted and I chose a color that I liked. He then ended up doing a different color. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not be going back there again.

We made an appointment we got to our appointment and we were treated like we were walk-ins gave us a pedicure really fast. I asked for gel nails I got nothing. They told us they had a party of six coming in so we would have to wait and I was like well. We have an appointment. They say you have an appointment and then they went and looked in the book. whom ever booked it booked it on the wrong day they charged me $88 and I did not even get what I wanted. When I called. They told me to come back in two weeks. No no I want the problem fixed now had no choice but go to my bank and get my $88 back. I will never go there again.

Absolutely love Impre's nails, not to mention they're so sweet, and Holly had no issues with me bringing my own glitter mixture to use on my nails! Holly also made sure I was satisfied with all my nails, shape, glitter thickness, shine coats, and length, just everything! I will for sure be going back here every 2 to 3 weeks for my fills and glitter change! Plus, record every time to post on my tiktok!

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Nails are all jagged, she cut my toe and never apologized, did not feel that all tools were sterile (in FL. they have sterilized packets with tools) She was rough and my toes have hurt ever since. Never going back!!

LOVE this place. Aimee is my girl.. for those people looking to leave the Saint Albans, Swanton, Georgia area, Milton is not that far away it is worth the trip!

So I called Impres nails to get this Pedi off my feet from the last pedicure I had, bc it's gel so I can't get it off. I even painted over it w new nail polish but it looks TERRIBLE so yesterday when I called they said oh it will be 12$ then charged me 15$ like what? I didn't even question it because it was only 3$ but still, kinda came across to me in a negative way.
