My family traveled from Michigan to Orlando. I forgot a piece of medical equipment at home. My husband overnighted it to our hotel, but he did not give me the tracking number. He went to work far from our home, leaving the tracking number at our house. Samira and Derek went above and beyond to find our package (with life-saving medical equipment) in it for my son, even without our tracking number. Their teamwork brought me to tears when Derek walked in and said he had our package. I am grateful to them both!
